Biography
A very versatile artist, Susy Berni is an Italian singer who started her career from a young age.
Susy Berni has combined her academic studies of Art (International University of Art) with the study of Singing and Vocal Technique at the Fiesole Music School (directed by Maestro Farulli) dedicating herself to the Voice as a primary instrument, studying singing and vocal technique , specializing in the Blues and Afro-American repertoire.
Singer, performer, and songwriter has participated as a voice in numerous musical and theatrical projects. Sound researcher and eclectic experimenter, in 1992 she founded the musical project: "DePookan" presenting, in the various clients, very special and suggestive events. He obtained acclaim and acknowledgments from the public and critics entering the CDs of the greatest exponents of Celtic and World Music.
Susy Berni deals with the most varied musical genres such as: Celtic music, French, Jewish, Neapolitan and cultured music, Soul, Blues, Tango, World Music, etc. He also takes care of bringing the Teatro Sonoro to the stage where voice, music and text merge into a story of other times by combining and updating ancient sounds and instruments with a contemporary vision, both with sound and with images.
